Who gets alert emails

One address, or several separated by commas. Leave a box empty to go back to the default.

Emails send from the chanschu.com mailer (EmailJS). Tickets from the other apps alert through their own systems.

Your name

Used on the upload page, in the link email, and in alerts.

First name

"Send files to Chandler" and the "— Chandler" sign-off.

Full name

The name across the top of the emails.

What a client sees when they open their link.

Line under the heading Default note for new folders and links

Pre-filled when you create a folder or link; you can still change it there. Existing links keep their own note.

The link email

Sent when you press Email on a link. Their first name greets it, your note and a "Send files" button follow.

Subject Message

A blank line starts a new paragraph.

Order, names and links on Admin → Projects. The invoice page's project list uses these too.

If you forget it

It is stored only as a one-way hash, so nobody can read it back. Ask Claude (or anyone with database access) to delete the admin_password row in admin_settings — the Vercel PROJECTS_PASSWORD then works again and you can set a new one here.
